    • If you get in touch to request a quote or hire us, we may need to collect personal information in order to fulfil our contract to you. Our clients always get in touch with us first.

    • People directly – clients who contact us for our services, online forms

    • We may receive data from churches for design purposes.

How long we keep information

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations or to resolve disputes. If you are not a returning client, we generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years. If you are a returning client, we keep information until such a time as you are no longer using our services.

We may work with printing organisations to organise the production and delivery of your designs.

We use the Google suite and password protected local servers for storage.
